Athletes with strong Vata characteristics often excel in areas that require speed, creativity, and agility. When in balance, Vata promotes energy, creativity, and focus. However, when out of balance, it can lead to overthinking, anxiety, and instability due to its strong influence on the central nervous system. For athletes, this imbalance can amplify mental chatter, increase stress under pressure, and hinder performance.
