Mindset coaching is for anyone who wants to sharpen their mental skill and develop the skills and tools to be the best version of themselves. Mostly mindset coaching is seeked by those who are driven to be the best at what they do.
Mindset coaching is a fundamental aspect of your growth, and while you may experience some benefit and success immedietley, it’s not a quick fix. To shift the deeper beliefs, behaviors that don’t serve your success or align to your greater goals, it can take 3 plus months of repatterning those unconscious patterns that continue to sabbatoge or stand in the way of your success. For that reason, we recommend 3 months minimum. Many of our clients stay for a year and follow up when needed or spend a few years because of the success they receive from it. We like to meet once a week for 30 min. to 1 hour. Tools and skills are given to practice between sessions, such as breathing techniques, guided hypnosis experiences for shifting deep subconscious programming and patterning that sabotoges success. Mindset coaching is not psychotherapy. But to discuss how you feel about something is up to you. There are practices given each session to get you to your most authentic, present and powerful self.

Problem is 90% of what limits you can be unrecognized by you because those patterns are so familiar and subconscious. This is where coaching helps, to identify and replace limitations with patterns and pathways to mastery.
